  • How can I become an agency?

    Para ser agencia sólo debes comunicarte con el area comercial. Being an agency has special benefits and features that will make your purchases much more intelligent and effective. To be a verified agency, you must go through a validation process of number of campaigns, volumes and provide certain information about the company.

  • What does the price I see on the screen in the Marketplace depend on?

    The price that is seen on the screen in the marketplace is: the final price without tax, per day and for the space in seconds that the screen has. This price will be multiplied by the chosen days of campaigns and will be added with all the chosen screens.

  • How do I know how often my ad would appear on the screen?

    Depending on the type of campaign chosen, it can be Traditional, where the ad appears yes or once per round, or it can be Programmatic, where you can choose rules and increase or decrease the frequency with which the ad is displayed. For the latter case, you need to be an agency before you can create campaigns.

  • In what currency do I pay for the campaign?

    You can choose in the upper right menu of the Marketplace (DSP LatinAd), the country and the currency in which you will pay for your campaign.

  • Can I have immediate control of the art change?

    In order to make real-time ad changes, you must be a verified agency. For this, contact the commercial area, they will request certain information so that you can be a verified agency.

    Once you have verified the account, enter the portal, you go to the campaign and you can modify the art in 2 ways:

    • With the option to “Change spot” (immediately).
    • Going to Edit the campaign.
  • Can I know how many times my ad appeared on a screen?

    Yes, the LatinAd platform makes real-time reporting available for each ad or campaign that is executed.

  • What format does the file I want to upload have to have?

    Remember that the file that I am going to upload has to have the resolution of the screen in which it is going to be uploaded. And the allowed formats are very wide, some of them are:

    • JPG
    • AVI
    • MP4
    • PNG
    • MPG.
    • H264.
    • MOV.
    • Web Content (HTML responsive ads copy; html5 y web redirects)

    *.GIF is not allowed.

  • What is the maximum weight that the ad has to have?

    It can weigh up to 500Mb. In special cases, you can contact technical support for help with your upload.
