The camera that is going to measure the audience must be acquired by the owner of the screen, who is the one who needs the service, after advice from our technical team.

  • Who sets up the cameras?

The medium must assign a fixed IP to the camera and provide us with its number with its username and password to enter via HTTP. We take care of the installation and calibration of the software.

The initial configuration of the cameras is the responsibility of the media. When they are already installed and working, our Technical Support does the installation and configuration so that the audience measurement can start.

  • Where can I see the data my camera collects?

You will have the analysis of the collected data integrated in each of the Content Manager screens and you will also be able to generate reports with the data from the reports module, in the option “Audience”. CMS – Reports – Audience

  • What type of measurement is offered?
    QUANTITATIVE MEASUREMENT

Mostly used for geographic locations with outdoor screens, where the audience travels in vehicles. We count and classify in real time, we measure the speed of the vehicles, among other data, and then we apply a statistical methodology to know more accurately the number of people who passed by the screen.

    QUALITATIVE MEASUREMENT

Mostly used for geographic locations with indoor screens in stores, malls, or catwalks, where the audience moves on foot near the screen. We count and classify information in real time through facial recognition. We can obtain very precise data on age, gender, emotions and permanence.

  • Do the cameras measure indoors and outdoors?

Yes, they can be used in both scenarios, just keep in mind that the outdoor camera has to comply with the IP67 protocol.

  • What is smart audience measurement?

Through video cameras, in one location and with video analytics intelligence, we capture demographic data, such as vehicle counting and classification, people counting, ages, genders, emotions and length of stay.

  • What happens if my camera stop working?

If your camera stops measuring you will receive an email with an alert. You can contact our support or wait for our contact so that we can review the problem.

  • Where do the cameras have to be located?

    Two cameras are used:

    1. To perform the Evidence: it points to the screen.
    2. To measure Audience: it is mounted on the structure of the screen and it is aimed at the traffic that circulates in front of the screen.
